Nordic Nomad runs workshops that focus on
business skills such as sales, marketing, and presentation.
They are open to artists of all disciplines (theatre, fine
art, music, dance, photography, design etc.) wishing to
update their skills in a supportive small-group
environment.

We will focus on current projects and learn practical and easy methods of promoting our work and becoming our own ambassadors.

Confidence in Presentation
This workshop is specifically about building confidence. It is an active and participatory workshop, focusing on current projects: preparing for a presentation, a meeting, a pitch or an interview. Often, we are only presenting to one other person, but it is still very important to get it right! We will practice:
• Getting to know your
audience •
• How to present yourself and your projects/ideas in
the best light •
• How to reduce nerves and enjoy the experience •
• Engaging the audience •

‘Deal or No
Deal’
After this workshop, you will feel comfortable negotiating contracts, securing better fees, arranging partnerships and dealing with potentially awkward situations.
All workshops are at the Oval House Theatre 10am – 2pm. £30 (£25 concs, £70 for all 3).
