Hiring a producer to handle the production elements leaves you free to concentrate on the creative side. Having a dedicated producer on your team and on your side can be invaluable; buying your creative team the breathing space to do their best work.
We are affordable, and can be hired for entire projects or to provide assistance on specific aspects of the production.

We can set up castings, recommend and hire technical personnel, find specialty services, draw up contracts, negotiate pay.

Venues and Tours
Do you need to find a venue? Maybe you want to set up a tour? We can help with everything from locating and securing the best venue for your production to arranging the terms and liaison with the venue. We also have experience in site-specific work.

Fundraising
Whether it is a fundraising event you want, a themed evening, or help with grant applications, let us do the work for you. We can also research new types of funding.

Collaborations
We look for potential partners that are interested in teaming up with the production. Past collaborations include working with Public Citizen and environmental groups during Wet - a comic opera, and teaming up with Russian party sites for The Shadow and Heart of a Dog.

Marketing
Creating a tailor-made marketing strategy is the key to getting word out to interested groups in a timely manner. We can also help research potential audiences, publications, websites etc.

PR
We can write your press releases, distribute them, do the follow-up and run the press-night.

Box Office / Front of House set-up
Sometimes, the production demands to be done in a venue with no ready box office or front-of-house services. We can set these up for you.

Script Consultancy
If you need extra help when re-writing or whilst in a workshop for new material, we can provide that. We also provide other services for writers – including organising readings etc.

General Consultancy
This can include specific assistance in things such as drawing up budgets and contracts, putting together a marketing plan, or being available for more general support throughout the production process.

Miscellaneous support
Keeping up morale, putting out fires, keeping things in perspective, giving out chocolate.
